He has worked across the channels and geographies in his Career. His career has seen lot of first`s and exponential growth in terms of revenue building and customer acquisitions. In his long Marketing Career, he has played roles of Zonal Business Manager, Distribution Head, and Product Manager connecting to over 500+ Distributors, 200+DSA & Vendors, and 100000+ retailers. He has good experience of managing teams and scaling them to next level. He has handled Team size of over 100 employees.
Madhan is known for his Team Building Skills, Work Ethics & comes as a Rare People Manager who works from Grass Root Level to Resolve Every Issue. His ability to simplify Complex problems is often seen in the methodical way he arrives at a solution. . He is extremely inquisitive in nature which has allowed him to achieve across industries in various capacities. His understanding of the subject in any given context is quite far and wide. His biggest strength is Perseverance and Patience which keeps him going till the last round in the ring to achieve the goals.
With ORDI, Madhan started as Volunteer in 2016 supporting Racefor7 and other Awareness Activities. Madhan successfully managed the ORDI Racefor7 event setup and scale across India and US in 2017, 2018, 2019. He demonstrated a high level of commitment, passion and dedication for the cause of rare diseases. He took complete ownership of the event responsibilities and went over and beyond his means to fulfill the demands of this massive national event which occurred at 11 cities in India. In addition, he fully supported the ORDIUSA event across 5 cities in the US in 2019 from east coast to west coast of US.
Madhan has joined us as Full Time Chief Executive Officer to implement various Strategies into actions.
