Although you retain all of your ownership rights in your content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform all of that content. We may use your content for various purposes such as communication and fundraising purposes in connection to Rare Disease Day, ORDI and Racefor7. <br>3. When requested by a judicial authority or obliged by law, we will disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content uploaded by you to Our Website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights or of their right to privacy. <br>4. Winner’s photo may be used by ORDI for Awareness through separate consent. <br>5. The photo once submitted cannot be returned or withdrawn. </p>
