“Rare Diseases – A practical approach” is a CME program organized by Organization for Rare Diseases India (ORDI), in collaboration with the Metabolic Errors and Rare Diseases Organization of India (MERD) and association with the National Neonatology Forum of India (NNF) and CloudNine, a leading chain of maternity hospitals in India.

- To register, please fill up the form below.
- The registration charges for this CME is Rs 500/- for medical doctors and other professionals and Rs 100/- for students and nurses. Students and nurses will need to provide proof of status from the HOD of the department they are associated with.
- Instructions for payment of registration charges are provided below the form.
- Your registration will be confirmed only after receipt of payment of registration charges and we will acknowledge the same by an e-mail to the e-mail ID provided in the registration form.
- KMC attested certificates for on-spot registrants and for those who register after 01/04/2015 will be provided at a later date.
- You can also do spot registration at 8:30AM on the event day.
